Providing us with your insurance and doctor’s information will guarantee the fastest turnaround time. You can also give us a call if you would prefer that a member of our concierge team helps you with the onboarding process.
Step 2 - We Review Your Insurance Coverage
We will review your current insurance coverage and determine if your insurance company will cover a continuous glucose monitor under your standard benefits. Our goal is for our patients to pay nothing out of pocket, we work closely with your provider and insurance company to ensure this.
Step 3 - We Coordinate With Your Doctor
Medically Modern reaches out directly to your provider, coordinating with your doctor to get the required documentation to process your Continuous Glucose Monitor. All you need to do is continue to go about your day with the peace of mind knowing that Medically Modern is on the job.
Step 4 - We Ship Your Continuous Glucose Monitor To Your Door
We ship your brand new insurance-covered monitor directly to your door without you ever needing to leave your home! There is no need to wait on line at the pharmacy anymore! You are also paired with a dedicated Medically Modern care rep to help you on your diabetes journey going forward!
Step 5 - Every 90 Days We Ship You Sensor Refills
With Medically Modern there is no need to stay on top of your refills! Every 90 days we will ship another 3-month supply of sensors. You can go about your day knowing that Medically Modern has your back and is on the job.
